About Me.

Born in 1980, İstanbul. Firstly studied Urban Planning at Yıldız Technical University between 1998 – 2003 and started my professional carrier immediatly after graduation. Worked in a corporate environment until studying Fine Arts in Marmara University/ İstanbul in 2018. At the moment, working on my creative work in my art studio in İstanbul and doing my master's in fine arts.

Art is something very personal to me.  I see it as a means to express the inexpressible through traditional ways. It is an unbounded freedom area to tell stories through the relationship between images and meterials. My approach to art is like playing a game with no rules.

In my art work, I mostly explore the concept of space in its physical and psychic dimensions, approaching it in various ways. Space is somewhere we meet the reflection of ourself in different ways, as well as the space itself. When we walk through it, we also walk through our inner geographies. Art is a translation of my experience of this journey.

My paintings are more about exploring inner geographies regarding my perception of the  outer world.
